We present an ambitious masterplan for Jeddah - a fully integrated, mixed-use development spanning 3.6 square kilometers that reimagines urban living through its innovative "Green Spine" concept. This lush, continuous landscape corridor weaves through all residential districts, serving as both the development's ecological backbone and social heart.

At strategic intervals along the spine, we've designed unique "Jewel Nodes" - each offering distinctive experiences from vibrant retail plazas to serene meditation gardens, interactive water features to cultural pavilions. These jewels aren't just destinations but intentional pauses that transform movement through the community into a journey of discovery. The masterplan's pedestrian-first philosophy encourages walking and running along this green artery, where every turn reveals new opportunities for connection, recreation and inspiration.
