Overview
Designed as an exclusive weekend haven for a prominent Saudi family, this masterplan creates a harmonious balance between formal hospitality and private rejuvenation. Nestled within a lush palm farm with dramatic mountain vistas, the sanctuary features two distinct zones: a stately Majlis complex for gracious guest reception at the front, transitioning seamlessly into intimate, nature-immersed residential villas at the rear. The residential cluster embodies an organic design philosophy with earthy textures, soft neutral palettes, and gentle landscaping that frames the majestic mountain backdrop.
This sanctuary transcends typical weekend homes by offering a deeply personal ecosystem that honors Saudi hospitality traditions while creating a restorative natural escape. The design carefully calibrates privacy and connection, allowing the family to host with grandeur in the Majlis, then retreat to their personal oasis where the mountains stand as silent guardians of their peace.
