Overview
Located along Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road near Burj Khalifa, this residential tower features an adjacent car park and two wind turbines atop a viewing platform, offering panoramic views of landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and The World islands. The design highlights an external Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) diagrid, sky gardens to reduce wind loads, and sustainable innovations, including the turbines. Designed to be an iconic, efficient, and LEED Platinum-certified structure—the first of its kind in the GCC—the tower aims to set a new benchmark for high-rise sustainability and become a recognizable symbol of Dubai. The mega-diagrid structure enhances wind resistance, reduces building weight by 22%, and creates a striking architectural identity.
